Vintage 1929 Spoon Necklace - Solid Sterling Silver

This necklace has been handcrafted in my studio in Northern Ireland using traditional jewellery making techniques.

This charming design has been made using a vintage sterling silver coffee spoon - which has been upcycled so that it can be enjoyed every day. These pieces carry a rich history yet look timeless and elegant.
Each solid silver coffee spoon was made in Sheffield and Hallmarked in 1929, and to celebrate it’s history the hallmark has been featured on the rear of the necklace pendant.

The silver pendant hangs from a beautiful 20 inch (51cm) solid silver belcher chain. To close the chain there is a simple hook and loop clasp which is sturdy and easy to use.
Each necklace pendant measures approx 4cm in length.

All my designs are handcrafted using recycled sterling silver to ensure they are environmentally responsible. This necklace has been handcrafted using upcycled vintage sterling silver spoons from 1929.
As the design is made from vintage silverware there may be some small marks in the silver which adds to the charm of the design. If you have any questions please get in touch and I am happy to help.
